Fishing With sled below Satsop (Beware)

I fished almost everyday for almost 2 weeks seen at least 15 sleds hit bottom some real hard! Sat the tide will be up on the first sallow areas. RT or jeff email me for fishing report Remember the river is single point bardless fishery.Bathtub Bob

Thanks for that significant info Bob. I e-mailed you a bit ago concerning your thoughts about the situation toward the Floatilla III. It will be hard to believe there's not enough water in the Satsop in late October. Or even the Chehallis! Another drought coming? Man I hope not!

There's enough water in the Chehalis, but if you get close to the Satsop, you should pay attention to the channel.

There are some magnum silvers in there, too. I went out for a while Sunday with my buddy and we went 2 for 6, but the two were 15 and 17 lbs. Lots of dark and red fish around the Satsop then, but good numbers of chromers around Monte.

If we time this right, it should be gangbusters. Heck, RT might even land some. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
