about those dough balls...
I was the one that "catch and eat" was refering to, on his thread:
I got to the river at 4:30 am. YES!!! 4:30am
Three hours before sun rise. Thinking that if I missed out on some sleep, I could secure a rock at my favorite spot. YEAH RIGHT!
By 8:00 I had about 3-4 feet of creek to drift. If I made a cast more then a few feet up stream, or let it drift more then a few feet down stream. Problem with hooking dough balls, it never in the mouth. How can I string "em up on a rope of I can't hook "em in the mouth. I always release the fowl-hooked dough balls. darn darn darm!!!!
The funny thing was that the next day when "catch and eat" went there, he was all alone untill 9:30 - 10:00. go figure
Well, I think I've got it figured out now. Next time I'll wake up around 6:30 - 7:00 make love to my wife - take a shower - go out to breakfast with my wife - drop her off at home - and then go squeeze in to the fishing hole-beside all the jerks. Hey, I just got more then most of them will get all week. HEY, just 'cause you're a Grandpa don't mean you can't still make a 'Hook-up' now and then.
I resemble that remark.
Did someone mention 'off-shore drilling'?

Uncle Bob, you still make love to your wife at your age. Did'nt you become a Grandpa for the 3rd time yesterday? (congrats by the way).

Actually, Uncle Bob's wife is pretty nice. I have to admire a guy that can legally tag three "Nookies" in one day. You go Bob!!!!! Take it to the point

Re: about those dough balls...
fishbait - you should probably ask Osprey as he's the guy that shuffles the balls at the bingo hall.

Re: about those dough balls...
Bob good for you! OK this is like that other thread "Why fishing is better than sex".No comparisons here. Nothing better with before and after. Gotta work on that activity during fishing provided it is with our significant others. Let's see which one I would loose my concentration on first. Well I am sure some of you have those stories not sure if we can share them here even if the argument is that it is fishing related.
I dont know of any laws about foul hooking dough balls. I think a treble with a big coil of pencil lead would work well to snag a few just give them warning your casting isn't so good.

Re: about those dough balls...
Yeah just joking with that last post at least about snagging the dough balls. Been there at 4:30 many time as well then 7 guys show up spooking all the fish. Talking, joking and being diplomatic pays off sometimes and but not always. I am a master of patience and leave if I havent caught fish. Staying optimistic they havent ruined my day, go home and get some loving. Then in a calm way vent how mad these dough balls made me.
