Default HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

To a GREAT GUY who is a PILAR of the community. He is as charming as Johnboy with the ladys and is one UGLY SAILOR in the wee hours of the morning. He is more recently known for his "Oil Drilling Escapades". Yes brothers and sisters, The BEND was His FRIEND!

He has absolutly capacity tested the largest fish box I have seen on a sport boat and has actually sniffed Salmon out of the drink.

On our last trip out on ol' big blue we couldn't help but grin back and forth like we had just won the lottery.

Happy Birthday JOHN!

Hope we have more adventures as great as the ones we have shared this season.

Ray aka Mr. Fisherman

Hey, I shook his hand and handed him a cold one after he'd pulled his boat out, does that count?

But I don't want to post my cake, cuz it's getting moldy.
Same old cake, time after time.
I'll give him a beer!
Oh wait... what did I do with that pic?
Happy Birthday Pilar!
We love you!

BRAVO ZULU John! on your work here and your birthday!

The Submariner

Only a submariner realizes to what great extent an entire ship depends on him as an individual. To a landsman this is not understandable, and sometimes it is even difficult for us to comprehend, but it is so!

A submarine at sea is a different world in herself, and in consideration of the protracted and distant operations of submarines, the Navy must place responsibility and trust in the hands of those who take such ships to sea.

In each submarine there are men who, in the hour of emergency or peril at sea, can turn to each other. These men are ultimately responsible to themselves and each to the other for all aspects of operation of their submarine. They are the crew. They are the ship.

This is perhaps the most difficult and demanding assignment in the Navy. There is not an instant during his tour as a submariner that he can escape the grasp of responsibility. His privileges in view of his obligations are almost ludicrously small, nevertheless, it is the spur which has given the Navy its greatest mariners - the men of the Submarine Service.

It is a duty which most richly deserves the proud and time - honored title of - Submarines

Thanks and many happy returns. As usual, ****** you have something to post that is worth looking at or reading. I grew up with just my sister and always wanted a brother or two. When I reported to my first boat I suddenly had over a hundred brothers. It more than made up for my childhood wish.

A few days ago, I got carded at a gentlemans club. They were surprised to find out my age, 42.

Peace,
Johnboy
