Another Last day Duck hunt with 2 bands! with Pics!

Well I figured I'd go do a little solo duck hunting with the dog this morning, with it being the last day and all... And I get lucky with some jewelry!!! The 2 banded birds were actually shot together as a double!!!

I couldn't believe it when the dog brings back the first one and it was banded!!!

Then she goes to get the second one and it was banded too!!!

Now here's another cool part... I Just put them in the data base for some certificates... And the Hen was banded in 2006 in Oregon and the Drake was banded in 2006 in Alberta Canada! and they paired up??? 2 banded birds??? Go figure??? They must have good taste in jewelry??? And I crack em down in 2 shots... Wow I better go get a lottery ticket!!! Is Mercury lined up with Venus Today? Anyway just a little braggin!!!
