Default Hodgman Rocks !!!

Sent a 2 yr old pair of bootfoot waders off to the mfg - it seems that thefeet develeped a severe case of dry rot which I didn't find out tilll the 1st time I put them on this late duck season.

After I called their customer suport, they game me an RMA # and away they went. They called back when they received it with a question - Is MAX-4 camo suitable ? Duh yep.
Just received my new pair today - a no charge other than the $9 to ship the old ones back to them.

Nice to know that they stand behind their products.

It appears that Stearns owns them as well as Mad Dog.

They did the same thing for me 2 months ago, I posted about it. While I may go Lacrosse next time, you cannot beat the customer service from Hodgman's. Pretty impressive. Especially after 2 years in my case as well.

I had a similar experience about 3 weeks ago. I broke the buckle on my chest waders and the customer service people said what size and it will be in the mail. Great customer service. imho

I LOVE the customer service (maybe it's Joes that I'm talking about, not Hodgman?). Only, I'd rather not use it as much as I have to. My Dura-Mags last 1/2 season, then they leak like crazy. I'm going on my 5th or 6th new pair. At this point, it's just an inconvenience to take them back over and over (and dealing with the leak for a couple of trips before I get a chance)...as soon as they stop giving me a new pair, I'm looking for something else.

You know there's a problem with a product when you go to take it back and the manager yells to the person at the customer service counter, "Is it another pair of Hodgmans? Just have him go grab another pair."

Shot a limit of ducks this morning in my Dura Mags and both boots leaked. One hunt left and away they go. Good to know they stand behind their product.

I won't bother to tell you what I think of my Hodgman's.
