Of course these vid's show that to get this done right and quick, one has to and must have sharp knives and know blood lines and the conture of the fish. It will make a word of difference. Worth every penny if your carking 30+ charlie's after sundown

Great stuff...I'm going to go out and catch a bunch of carp to practice on.

It looks like the traditional fillet knife is a thing of the past....
