It's about time to start fishing the John Day arm at the Columbia. Anyone been there this week with a report?

Deschutes was fair or better last Thurs. Sat was OK, but the chinooks seem to disappear and the wind got real nasty. Dam counts not encouraging, but, there might be another trip left. Tip: 3 oz banana weight and red or silver Flash and Glo accounted for 6 of 7 fish (Chinook and Steelies)in last 3 trips! [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img]

Of course I will only use chartreuse green dots in the upper bay, then FM2 had to show that picture [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] I'll probably stick with cut plug and stay in the lower bay in my own state of denial. [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] Then again, what am I gonna do with all those pink and white blades in my spinner box? What a year to have choices [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
