My name is Paul Navarro. I am a corrections deputy for the Deschutes County Sheriffs Office in Bend Oregon. On February 29th, we are teaming up with the Bend Police Department to bring you the Second Annual Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics. On February 29th, I will join my fellow deputies and jump(slowly crawl) into the icey frigid waters of the Deschutes River.
