Default Chief at Sellwood

I've been waiting to see when Chief would start fishing below the Sellwood Bridge and 15 min. ago I watched him put a beautiful Chromer in the boat. Looked like he hooked up on the West side of the bridge. I'm looking at 6 to 7 boats fishing the hole right now. If I see more action I'll pass it along.

Yep, if anybody can put fish in the boat, it's chief!! He really good pals with my Dad. If I'm lucky, we'll be going out with him this year.

The Legendary chief of Sellwood has a older aluminum boat with a windshield. Red stripes on the side and in black letters "R U GET-N-ANY". Super neat guy. I have had the pleasure of fishing with him and around him for the last 25 years.

Chief really is the Chief of the Chinook Indian Tribe. For you newbies this guy is our patriarch of the Sellwood fleet.

Congrats on the salmon Chief !!!!!

Chief is Cliff Snider, retired basketball and golf coach at Clackamas High School (boat is RU Gittin any?)...
We got his picture and if it's sharp will try to run it Sunday. His was the fourth or fifth caught at Sellwood so far...

Some of us grovel for the "maybe" opportunity

Technically Jeff did bait my kids hooks at the sportsman show at the trout pond, and I was within 10 feet, so I guess I have fished with Jeff if you want to split hairs

Nice fish by Jeff's old Golf Coach.

Bill, Jeff called me this morning to get the number Nickel Adds, did he call?

Roy, if Jeff won't haul you, I'll see what we can do.

Too early, too cold, going south for warmth.
