OK, here is what I know or have heard in the last couple of days:
T-Bay - generally slow, a few fish here and there, but the weather is going to be nasty.Crabbing is excellent.
Mouth of the Clack- dead slow
Cowlitz and N Fork Lewis - slow overall, but it should go off bigtime of we get enough rain.
Columbia sturgeon - good bite, good keeper ratio

What have you heard or experienced??

Hi DON, I fished the mouth of Eagle Creek yesterday and today with mixed results. Yesterday morning fish were on the move into E.C and then turning around and going back into the Clack.I heard the bite was on most of the day, some chromers mixed in. With the rain started again last night I thought it would be hot but forget about it!!! All dark fish and they seemed locked down in the deeper holes. Come on Rain!!

Yeah....not gonna waste too much time fishing around here in PDX until we get some substantial rain. Bring it on.


My eyes are looking over towards the coast for now.

Fished the lower Sandy today. I caught 2 of 3 fish in the hole I was at today for about 12 fishermen. Still just old dark bucks. We need that 1" storm. Then take your pick.
