Default Carver Bridge

Well...this morning was a good one for a friend of mine. I was standing right next to him using the same gear yet the luck was with him today! He landed a nice 30" Chinook [his first ever I believe]. There are a ton of fish jumping.

Oh...it was on a Blue Fox Hunter Red body with a Silver blade #3. If he takes a pic...I'll post it.

JoJo...that was a coho...I'm sure. Just be sure they're clipped if you keep 'em. That's a good spot there for coho...they usually stack there. Anybody else catchin' there??

I would have thought it to be a coho as well; however, according to the ODFW Salmon ID document [http://www.dfw.state.or.us/ODFWhtml/...shIDColor.pdf] it would be a nook. Of course, I am far from an expert on this

BTW - the fin was indeed clipped!
