My Qwest Bill!!!!! RANT

Here we go again.

I just got off the phone with them, after my land line went dead, got back to them on my cell phone, I left qwest just befor Thanksgiven, THE MOVE.
Like anyone who moves, you call to set up, for your last bill.
I was told I had a contract for life with them, and from there BLA, BLA, BLA, a bill for $271.00, I have called 5 times, they as of 20 minutes ago, said your bill well be this, $7.55, I said good I well pay that, but how did you get to 271.????
Here is where they get yea,:shocked::shocked::shocked: I have had service for the last 18 years, and befor that when we lived in Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, & Tigard.
I asked what SLVR-w-MCFT at the tune of $50.79 per mounth, as I was told that, that should not be on your bill, and from the last bill, they took it off. I asked for all of last years billing compleat, and we well see if this is there, if so, they owe me $609.48.:Christmas:

I have Qwest and just moved a few weeks ago, my wife called them and tells them we want to keep the exact same basic service we had at our other house, no call waiting, no caller ID no nothin, just basic service. As soon as our phone service starts up we have all the bells and whistles, my wife called back and told them again, all were paying for is basic service, as of now, we still have all kinds of crap we don't want/need and I'm sure we'll get a large bill and have to fight with them over it.

You seen my rant. You really have to watch them like a hawk every month.....they will sneak new services in all the time. Think about all the revenue it brings them AND the government with the taxes! I thought this kind of thing was Illegal, but, when the gubernment has a hand in the cookie jar anything is possible.

Qwest called me to confirm an order for 5 cell phones. I tell them never ordered them do not send them I do not have or want your wireless service. The phones show up anyway. $1,800 phone bill shows up. They will not pick the phones up. They insist I mail them back. Must have spent 20 hrs on the phone with them over the next 2 months. I sent the phones back they did not credit my account. I filed a report with the FCC and the state regulators. Finally ended up getting it off my bill. Then had a charge for more cellular epuipment on my bill. Argued again. Finally got a clean bill and a $600 credit on my account. Will not have to pay the phone bill for about a year.
