Default has anybody.....

ever seen any air boats on the lc? Do any of you think there would be a problem using one

I have never seen one on the LC. I think they would work well. The problem with air boats is they are real loud...They sound like a jet taking off. I think you would **** off a lot of hunters plus scare all the duck right out of the area. Instead of an air boat, I would get a mud buddy motor.

I suppose they would work...on a calm day. I dont think you would want to be out there on one when the swells pick up to 3 - 4' which is not that uncommon.
And dont forget, even though you could get into the skinny stuff it doesnt stay skinny for long! Florida doesnt have 8' tide swings

thanks for the replies, we used to use one down on the salton sea in ca and I was wondering about the use of one here. I'm sure there would be a lot of ticked off guys, the swells might be an issue but I wouldn't worry about running all the birds out of there. Maybe it wouldn't be so ideal.
