Re: Some '07 tuna memories........
I wish you wouldn't post these things Mark. Winter just seems to get longer & longer when I watch them!

Re: Some '07 tuna memories........
I watch these things and dream of getting out until I read "25 - 30 kts, gusts to 50kts combined seas to 35 ft" so I've started to do one fishing chore every couple of days no matter what. Re-line one reel, wrap one guide, solder one connection better, grease the battery connections...but just ONE chore so I feel like I did something related to my ocean habit and I still have more to do...it's either that or ...where is that other bottle of wine?

Smart man. You'll love that when you just go fishing next summer. I'm working on my stuff too.
C'mon July.

Re: Some '07 tuna memories........
Doin the same thing here. One thing at a time. Put in accessory power cable first up to the helm. 6ga. wire and a buss bar.
Today I put in new washdown pump and all new wiring for it. I put in a 5gpm pump by ShurFlo.
This will take care of some issues I found last season.
By June all that will need to be done is fish.

Re: Some '07 tuna memories........
I wondered who would be the first to say that
I had the video camera in one hand, and the gaff in the other. Getting good video was obviously the 1st priority!
