Hey Ty, those are the glo go's everyone wants. But those look like the foam injected LJ models. I have a thousand or so of those, and they have a slightly different shape then the original Maxwell Grizzly Okies and the first production LJ model okies after their buyout (the original LJ's were called Egg Drifters). The good ones are the hard ones (usually say "Okie" on the top on that color). Those appear to be the later knockoffs, not the original Okies.

Can you take a closeup picture of the okies? Looks like they have a vertical crease. If they do, those are the foams. The hard two piece originals have a horizontal crease and are bit longer in profile then the squattier (sp?) foam injected models. You can tell quickly too if you take on and run a fingernail into one of the holes and push hard. Usually will dent the okie or you can chip away some of the surface. Great if you just want a drift lure (bought a ton of the foam ones for about $0.05 each). But the hard ones are the creme dela creme. Great colors though. And the glo go's are primo.

These days I'd say those okies "catch" more fisherman than fish...Cool that you got a bunch of 'em. Thanks for the pics, livens up the board a bit...

Went in today to see the glo-gos. Man are they HUGE! Size 6, wow! The bag of the smaller ones were primo. When the ones from up north come in I may let some go, depending on colors and actual counts.

Nothing wrong with them Ty. Just the original okies with a small bead between hook and okie really do the trick. Think it's the clicking noise it makes. Plus, the float a bit different too. I've caught on the foam ones. I use them as "expendables". Mostly for friends who don't have gear lol. The hard two piecers are all mine. LOL. But I do use the foams for salmon. Work like a corkie.

If so many anglers want to use these things, why don't they produce them anymore? Who's stupid idea was it to making them. They can't be any more expensive to produce than a corkie and if I had my choice the okie drifters and birdies would be on my line 10 to 1 over corkie.
