Growing up in the midwest, every year without fail we would venture over to the State Fare. Here in the Pacific Northwest, the Sportsman's Show has replaced that event for our must see event of the year.
Anyone else going? I am looking forward to seeing what seminars are going to be held and try to plan the day.
I wonder how many with booths are here on the forum? and how many are just going to see the show?
This year we are going to head over and try out the trout pond. Any tips? I am going to pack a cooler so we aren't carrying it around all day.
I'm just working on a post like this for the main board, so if you post here, please post on the other one, so that we know who is going and where to visit ifishers!
It'll be up, soon! Coming to a main ifish board, near you!

February looks to be shaping up as a pretty fun but (what could turn out to be) a very expensive month for me and possibly some others as well. With the sportsman show one week, and the Salty Dog convention (first timer) the next, could prove to be very interesting when the spring honey-dues ( as in I will be paying my dues for Feb. fun) come around .
