Disgustingly good Tuna Mac
Mrs. Sea pulled out a friends recipe the other night to whip up some killer home made macaroni and cheese. I insisted that she add some home canned tuna to it - Duh!
So I get home from working out just as the casserole is going into the oven. An hour later it looked like this
Mrs Sea didn't think tuna was necessary so she only put tuna on 1/2 of the dish - what a mistake - I know. The side with the noodle T is guess what - TUNA
Several seconds later
One bit later and its This is really good stuff. The girls had the non-tuna cuts liked it as well, than Mrs Sea tried the TUNA side. OK she made 1/2 of it for me - I got a whole two pieces of that side - course there is still some non-tuna side left
Anyhow another treat brought to us from the sea. Here is the how to - try it its really tasty.

Now that I made everyone hungry - time for lunch!

Re: Disgustingly good Tuna Mac
Is this the Salty Dogs page or the recipe section? Looks like I'm going to have to keep more tuna next season.

So much for the workout! What are those little round green thingies?
Looks delicious - except for those green things.

That's painful to look at and hear about...
Ive lost 15 lbs. in the last 5 weeks between working out and reducing my calorie intake..I have another 15lbs to go...
Then I may have to try that...I grew up on Mac and Cheese

Funny you should say that. One of my roommates in school was a wrestler and they would spit all day to get down to weight - to help make more spit they would suck on lifesavers - it was pretty gross.
Just be glad we don't have smell-o-rama computer monitors

Re: Disgustingly good Tuna Mac
I just made a batch of this and split in half and sent a care package home with my sons. Our half just went in the oven. Report in 1 hour!
