share a tuna pict
I finally figured out how to post picts and since it's dec. I thought you guys would appreciate a photo from last summer when it was warm and the ocean was flat. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words and I hope this pict. brings out a memory, or stirs an emotion that you can share by posting a pict of your own. I suppose we should set a limit of picts to post...how about 4
here is my first....tollin' round the sixty spot [img]http://www.ifish.net/gallery/data/500/medium/tuna_fishing_boat_with_polesX.jpg
Jim
okay..so I don't have the pict down yet, I'll try again

Re: share a tuna pict
Here's a couple of memorable one's--

On the first Tuna trip for the WHY KNOT--a yellow tail and the Master Fisherman--Thomas.
On an earlier trip aboard the MISS BEVERLY--

My brother who always waits until the last minute to get ready.
End of the trip and a bunch of fat ol' happy Tuna Fishermen.
And let's not forget the great fun when you show someone how to catch their first salmon.
AHHH all the great memories--and the new ones to be made.
Terry

Re: share a tuna pict
you guys made my day-
Skein, you can feel the intensity with that look of concentration and that pole going bendo
Terry H, beautiful 'tail, that smile says it all! and that first salmon pict is great, I've seen that kinda smile before, nice stack of long fins
Seahunt- nice boat, those fish look to be on the heavy side:smile:
Hardwood, I don't think a man can ask for better deckhand, you are blessed...and your kid is pretty dang lucky too...it looks like he tryin hard not to smile too much, of course he maybe tired at that point.
Great picts guys, thanks for sharing. I think i'll crack open open a jar of jalipeno tuna when I get off work tonight. Jim

Andycoho-Wow, that fish is putin a hurt on that tackle, you can almost hear the drag going tink, tink, tink... The ocean sure doesn't look like that right now does it.

Re: share a tuna pict
OK, I'll play. TUNA! 2007 was a year in which many good memories were formed. Family, friends, salt, OTC and TUNA! It's going to be hard to beat 2007, but you can bet I'll try to.
My son's first ever ocean trip - happened to be the biggest catch day of the season for us
My dad's first tuna trip (June 2007) - He still tells EVERYONE about that trip!!
Boatdog and Reborn Chrome messing up my boat.
My daughter's first time on the ocean and her first tuna trip
