Razor clamming at Pacific city or area this weekend?

I am going to be in Pacific City this weekend and was wondering if razor clamming is open in that area this weekend? If so, any pointers?

New moon and full moon for low low tides. A minus tide is best. Biggest minus tide exposes clam beds that had the least pressure. New moon was the 9th. Next weekend for full moon.

Unless you know something I don't there aren't any razors in the P.C. area. I grew up there and the guys I know in the area go way north.
