What's wrong with this picture?
These Contractors are installing the steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a Sports Bar downtown. They are now in the process of cleaning up at the end of the day and anxious to go home.

Re: What's wrong with this picture?
I have had some days like that. Usually called for a trip on the river to forget it happened.

Re: What's wrong with this picture?
I don't see anything wrong with it - I work for the government - every low ball bidder does something dumb like this every time. Sure give you that warm fuzzy when you step into a low bid elevator now doesn't it

The lower right post looks photo-shopped in. Blury and fuzzy at the base. All other post's are clear and crisp.
Funny though!

Re: What's wrong with this picture?
I just saw something like this last weekend up at the woodburn outlet mall. I said what the heck!! But then I found out, I would be willing to bet that some of those barriers have a pin that can be pulled out and the barriers can be moved. If they did "paint their selves into a corner", that is funny as heck. I bet they heard "your fired" from their boss.
