I just got a really strange e mail. Anyone else?
It is on black paper and all it says is this:

Subject: Taliban leader: Prepare for holy war

If I view all headers it says this: I had to highlight it to read it, since it was written in black and on black background.

Like Cagey said, I'd forward it to your ISP, as well as the Feds (if they have time to read it!). Might even forward it to Yahoo, even if it didn't originate there. I wouldn't think they would like their name attached to a very malicious message like that.

The authorities have recieved copies of this e mail. They said to expect these and more.
Keep your virus protection seriously up to date.

I did a trace on the IP# from what you posted, and found out who their server is. If you want to complain, write an e-mail to abuse@verio.net and include what you posted.

It is totally sick for those who have "fun" by sending threatening or sick e-mails while others are grieving. I have heard of scams and bomb threats in NY. WHAT is with THAT?
They say NY has changed... but has it really?

Verio is a huge server that most of our IP's go through.
I did a tracert..
If you do tracerts they always, or almost always go through verio.
Did you do one?

I used Neotrace, and have done for many years. I haven't done any traces where verio have turned up as a server, I've never heard of that server before. Neotrace gives location, plus all the servers details. The only information they need to find out who it is, is the IP#. I wouldn't be without my tracer, it is with this, that myself and a couple of others who chat in a certain chat room, managed to get a pedifile in Norway arrested by the authorities there.
