Yeah, I'm going to be there Sunday morning. Going to try tidewater from a little bank spot I have.
Was there Friday afternoon/evening. Lots of boats trolling and lots of fish rolling. Only heard of a few hookups all day. Don't know what they were using. I was using eggs under a bobber for a while and switched to casting a spinner. No strikes.
Just got back from a morning on the lower Alsea. Man was it slow. The fish were rolling but they had a serious case of lockjaw. Only heard of one fish being hooked all morning. And it was a zoo out there with boats as far as the eye could see.
I did have one strike while using a #6 blue fox but it didn't hookup. Oh well.
Anyone on the Alsea?
