What are the chances the terrorists planned the attack to match this "prediction"?

Some jerk is sending out a hoax email via Spam. The Nostradamus "quote" is not accurate.

Yeah, and given an infinite number of blind monkeys, and an infinite number of shotguns, and an infinite number of road signs, my army of blind redneck sign shooting chimps can recreate the greatest literary works in braile.

Nostradamus was a joke...and that quote is even worse. Predict something to the day, or within a week, and maybe I'm impressed. But give a vague prediction with no timeline, and yeah, eventually some world event will appear to coincide with it.

As for knowing the future...only one Man knows that...

GOD Bless America.

These "predictions" are like statistics, you can manipulate the stuff around to say whatever you want.

What a crock!

A little "history" on Nostradamus:

16th century "mystic" who invented his own language to write his "predictions" in as he knew that he would be killed if they were ever found. Only he knew this language.

Far too many people have spent far too many years trying to decypher his predictions. Even when they claimed to figure out his special language they discovered that he spoke in very cryptic phrases. So basically there are great debates on what he is referring to in his ramblings.

Now, a couple years ago the general concensus amongst his fans was that all of his predictions seemed to end on the date 05/05/2000 which was widely assumed that this would be the end of the world. Luckily for us it turned out to be just another really good Cinco de Mayo party. This is why we hadn't seen any of his "predictions" in quite awhile.

Fast forward to this week's tragedy. All of these folks who studied Nostradamus's work start flipping through their pages and pages of notes to try and find something said that vaguely describes these happenings, partially out of trying to validate all of those years of wasted work. And they find what you have now seen in your email boxes likely numerous times, in many modified forms.

There is a website
here normally, except that it's been flooded with requests about this quatrain. In short, it's false. Don't sweat it, and most importantly, don't forward it when you get it in emails. Network Administrators around the globe will thank you for it.
