Well, there's nothing like climbing on a plane for the return trip home when the temperature is 85 F, and getting off in Portland, Ore. in the rain, wind, and temps in the hi 30's or low 40's

!!
What a great trip. Spent two weeks there, but only fished two days. We had a lot of visiting and sightseeing to do with my relatives, etc.
I have to give a BIG THANKS to Bob Barthlow for his recommendation for the Escualo Sportfishing Fleet. We fished two days with Guillermo on the IV boat. Great captin that got us into fish both days. The first day, my buddy, his wife and I fished. We brought 3 sailfish to the boat, plus my buddy's wife got a 38lb dorado. We had one other sail on, but it spit the lure after a short fight. The three we got were all on at the same time. Boy, I don't know who was more exicted the captin or his clients

. Then, just to add fuel to the fire, my budy and I went out alone the next trip, and believe it or not we got into floating debris and had four dorado on at once. I had a pole, my buddy had a pole, the captin had a pole, and one pole was in the holder. We landed all four

. In addition, I got another sail that day.
Our total for the two days was 7 dorado, and 4 sails. This was my buddy's first Mexican fishing trip, but don't think it's his last. As much as I liked this trip, and the excualo fleet, I think I like the East Cape better, and will be trying to get him down there next.
Again, Thanks "rapid robert" for the great recommendation.
Tight lines to all, and remember
