Default Retention of one Chinook reopens on the Columbia

Check Bill Monroe's Column in The Daily Oregonian.
Don't have time for details.
Record runs since Bonneville opened.
Feel free to post details, I have to go fishing, darnit!

I read about the re-opener Saturday for 1 Chinook on the lower Columbia. Yes the lower river is going to open for 1 Chinook in the 4 fish bag limit due to the high number of returning fish. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
