Default inside info

OK, I can't handle the guilt any longer. I've been slamin Salmon out of Chinook Landing and haven't told anyone or made any post. I good friend I fish next to has knocked off 25 in the last week in a half. What we found out is that the hot bite has been the last four hours before low slack. All last week that was late afternoon. My wife and I saw countless boats leaving between 1 and 2pm when we were leaving to go out. Get out your tide books and check it out. One last thing. We have been using 6 foot lead lines and walking it back, way back to get the gear away from any boat or sea anchor noise. Average size has been 27 with the biggest 36lbs. Ok thats it, no more information, I can now sleep tonight.

How in the world can someone knock off 25 fish? They should loose their license for that......

As you, Hooked on Fishin, I have been fishing the 205 bridge area and doing very well also. Have been using a 6' dropper with a 6' leader, silver alvin with a chartreuse tip on the hook end, and also walking it back as far as I can. Fishing 27 to 29 feet of water, catching most of the fish about two hours before low slack tide change. I have tried F.S.T.'s, blue tip alvins, kwikfish, and Manistee's with no luck what-so-ever. Nine fish in the last six trips, nothing bigger than 25 pounds.
