Default Oregonian article, 9/11/01 pg B9

Interesting article written by Joe Whitworth, who is the Exec. Dir of Or. Trout. I agree that improvements could be made to help restore wild fish. Read the article and form your own opinions. I for one would prefer that he quoted accurate data, but the article is titled "In my opinion" however biased and full of sh&t it might be. I will take the 10 minutes to respond to the editor, the Oregonian has all but abandoned the sportfisherman of OR & SW WA.
