Hello ifish
Hello guys/gals
I've been reading your comments and advice for about four months now. I've hear your fishing reports and your concerns for boater safety (great job)and now I'd like to join in on some of the conversations and perhaps give a couple of my own fishing reports.
1. Thanks Hookset for taking me out on the Columbia last week in that Ausome boat of yours. You are one very patient man and you really know your stuff. I learned a lot about fishing the Columbia and had a great time too. It was great fishing with the rest of the guys Lipripper, Fishinfool and Fishinmishin2 and perhaps making some new fishing (catching) buddies too.
2. I'm sorry I missed the BBQ on Saturday. I wanted to get to know the rest of the ifish gang also. It sounds like there is a lot of experienced fishing people here.
It sounds like Jennie and Bill have a beautiful house. I'll be there next year.
I picked the name Mr4AM because I always seem to be getting up at that time to go fishing.
I'm a native Oregonian (please don't through me into the water). I fish the Sandy, Wilson, Deshutes and my favorite is the North Fork Nehalem. I've fish these rivers (as a banky) for many years. I strongly believe if you pack it in PACK IT OUT! It breaks my hart to see the beautiful river in front of me and trash on the ground around me. I can't help wondering WHY????
Because of my job I have Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays off. It's nice because I don't have to fish on the weekends. I'm looking for an open seat almost every week if you (Yes you!) have an open seat let me know (dlhoff1x@hotmail.com). I'm on time and dependable and a lot of fun to fish with ..Ok I'm on time and dependable. (Nobody likes to get out fished).
