Default Lowrance internet service

Does anyone know the internet address for service questions with these people ? I find a lot of info about the company but nada about how to contact for questions. I have a LEI 104 model and since installing a new antena last year it has worked great. We use a navionics gold chart ...this unit features a split screen with sonar . The problem is the sonar not marking fish and it apparently does not have signal strength to read the bottom after 500 feet. The big issue we have is marking fish in shallow water ( under 300 feet ) . My old humming bird did an excellent job of marking fish...both sturgeon and salmon . To much invested in the LEI to junk it. Any advice , recommendations etc. Thanks... Bob

I just went to there home page. If you do the same. at the top of the page. it says support. go in to that. at the bottom of that page it says contact us.
it will open to an email . that will get to them. as for the unit. the sensitivity may be on auto. you may just have to increase the power setting .check that out. that happened on my unit.
my buddy was playing with it and changed it from manual to auto.that will do it.
