Awesome vacation!!
We just got back from 10 days at Sekiu fishing for Coho and what a wonderful trip.
Got to spend my birthday fishing with my best friend (my wife) had great weather, no breakdowns with boat or motorhome.
Niki outfished me each day and got a 18.8 # hooknose and a 15# too. Musta been the great guiding I provided, Har! If someone can guide me through the process, I have some great digital pics of the big fish I'd love to share with you all. Jennie???????
On Monday, I went back to Port Angeles to get my grandson, who will be 4 tomorrow, and he got to spend 5 days fishing with us and learning how to operate the Scotty 'Riggers.
Just call him 'Button boy.'
We put over 100 pounds of processed fish in the freezer and I'm dining on a baked 7# fresh fish as I type this!
Took almost two hours to clean the "Bobber Boy" due to blood, scales, salt, and you name it after all those days on the water. Thank God for pressure washers!
Can't think of any time in 52 years that I've enjoyed a vacation as much as that one and it was really TOUGH to leave there yesterday and think of going back to work for the ol' large airplane maker on Monday, UGH!
Tell me about your favorite vacation. I don't think mine could be topped, at least I don't think so.
