Default Klatskanine River?

Planning on fishing the N. Fork Klatskanine, Looking for a report, and where is the best places to fish for salmon/steelies etc. Any info would be much appreciated. thanks.

I drove up and looked around a week ago and there is no water! A few fish back at the hatchery but I don't know how they got there the water is just not there.

Last I heard, it was difficult at times to pull fish out when there is no water in the river.
