I was there last wendesday when the dude did it. pretty scary wathching him float downriver behind his boat going into the next set of rapids. I guess he made it out. there was a thread about this. maybe run a search on it.
i was on the upper sandy last saturday. 2 drift boats and 3 pontoons passed by through some challenging sets of rapids. not too many people were wearing their PFD's. there are some pretty brave (synonym: ignorant) people out there. especially since the recent flipping incident. be careful out there, boats can flip in an instant! wear your PFD!
