Default Wild salmon/ steelhead

ODF&W news release on 2/5/04 says " The states ( OR & WASH.) also adopted a new rule that prohibits anglers from totally removing a wild salmon or steelhead from the water during the mainstem Columbia River fishery" It does not say when the rule is effective, but I figure it is a rule that we should all practice.

Right on dogrobber!

Might that be freshwater and/or salt water?

I am working with the State and Fed's to hopefully the neglegent and irresponsible handling and killing of wild coho out on the ocean.

Them babies are coming around real good but I'd be willing to bet the sportsmen killed 30,000 or so last year.
