Deer Lawsuit?

I talked to my Dad yesterday in Califronia and he said he heard on the news a guy who was suing the Fish&Game for them taking his deer. Does anyone know about this and what happened. Maybe this has already been posted but I don't come on I-fish hunting much. Anyway let me know so I can tell him. Thanks

Yep, the family is suing the state, for the keeping oa illiegal deer..

Why no ticket was issued, IT theft!. Or have them File for legal permits for proper legal means of keeping the deer.

Media driven mess. Makes crime legal!.
