Default Try this salmon recipe.....

Copied this recipe from steelheader.net. If you have an abundance of salmon and can't think of any other way to prepare it try this recipe. I used more garlic than the recipe calls for and it tturned out GREAT!!!!
Here goes!!!!

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 cloves of garlic/ minced
2 T. fresh ginger, chopped
2 T. tasted sesame oil
juice of 1/2 lime
cracked black pepper
salmon steaks / yields 6
---------------------------------------------In a large casserole, whisk olive oil soy sauce, sugar garlic, ginger and sesame oil, lime juice and pepper, mix well.
arrange salmon in casserole, marinate 2 hours.
spray grill with non stick.
med-hot heat
place steaks on grill and baste with marinate close cover. turn after 5 min. baste again close cover and cook 10 min.
