Mapleton/Swisshome/Deadwood.....anyone live there?

My wife and are looking at houses in this area since we both work in Florence and cant afford much anything thats decent there. Appears to be some nice parts and some not so nice parts in that area.......there along the siuslaw and also lake creek. Any thoughts?

Like you said good parts and bad parts. Do your research carefully.

Check for high water marks than buy accordingly.
