Am I Missing Something?
What's the deal here? I thought salmon fishing was closed until the 1st. However, this afternoon, I saw quite a few people fishing the slot behind Gladstone bowling alley. Are they fishing illegally? Did I misunderstand the regs? Are they just practicing for tomorrow? Is it because they're above the 99 bridge? I think that's the cutoff for the clack/willamette.
