Smile O.S.U. Buckeyes lose at home!

I've been under the weather most of this week so building a fire and watching college football was the best option. Congratulations to Juice Williams and Illinois for knocking off O.S.U. 28-21 in Columbus.

This should move the Ducks up to #2 and a BCS championship berth if they win out. If the Buckeyes couldn't stop Illinois.... lot's of luck stopping Dennis Dixon and Chip Kelly's spread offense. There's a long way to go but this put's the Ducks in the drivers seat to meet L.S.U. in the national championship game!

GO DUCKS!!!

Notice that the Illini played similar to the offense that Oregon plays. IMO, Oregon would have crushed Ohio.

Yay! Nice job! Illnois, I guess OSU had to loose sometime, Oregon crushing OSU I don't know about that, there is a lot of good teams right now, anything can happen, Oregon could, & should win out, & be in the NCG, easier said than done tho. GO DUCKS!!!

We are checking flight/hotel info to the NC game in the Super Dome. It sure would be great to be able to book them now.
I know the Ducks have 3 games remaining, and they need to win out to, and we'll be going to the Rose Bowl at least.

First things first. The Ducks need to keep playing at a high level and go undefeated the rest of the way. They could lose any of the remaining games if they don't take them seriously. Only then will a BCS game be secure. GO DUCKS!!!

After what happened last year, I don't see a let down. Problem is one of those last three teams stepping up and playing the game of there lives. Knocking of the national champion would make there season.:Christmas:[beavers]

Now Kansas needs to lose, and it wouldn't hurt if LSU dropped another one.

I totally agree w/ you, the Ducks need to win big in all of thier last 3 games, sorry Beavs. I don't see any let-down from this years team. Here's a You Tube clip that really demonstrates the dedication this years Ducks team has. GO DUCKS!!!

Yeah, I have no problem imagining that any of the next 3 games could unhinge the Ducks. But that's 30 years of Duck Fan frustration talking. This year's team is playing like no other UO team before it. They haven't shown much weakness, unlike previous teams.

Talking Re: O.S.U. Buckeyes lose at home!

Heard that call originally on Rome from Jeff Kendall and thought WOW. There are some great lines he said in there that tells me this duck team is still playing with a chip.

"Every Game is our National Title Game" and "Respect all fear none" Those two lines pretty much sum this up. I had forgotten how AZ punked Oregon at Autzen last year now there is a reason for AZ to watch out. I am sure they heard that interview too but if Oregon comes out and Plays Duck Football them and ucla and yes even the Beavers will be seeing Tailfeathers and thats all. GO Ducks...

Oh yea Great Game Illi that was a HUGE accomplishment!!!!

I'll believe it when I see it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge duck fan of 20 years. I have no doubts about the talent and heart of the Ducks but until I actually see it on paper I won't believe it. I can just see the voters being swayed if Kansas runs the table and goes undefeated for the season and blowing the Ducks chances (again!). Now with that bit of negativity out of the way, Three more games to go Baby!

I would agree with you about Kansas, but I don't see them running the table. They play #6 Mizzou on Nov. 24th, and then the Conference Championship game if they win over Mizzou. I see them losing at least 1 game, leaving the door wide open for the Ducks. Albiet, the Ducks must win-out, and win big in all 3 reaminig games, if they want to have a chance at the National Championship!!!

Agree Kansas has to lose because if they win out they'll be in the NCG. Unless of course LSU loses which could very well happen. Teams do score a lot on their defense. Would love to see Florida beat them in the SEC Championship if they get there.

I too think Kanas will loose, Hawaii also, Let's not forget Missouri, & Oklahoma, they are playing excellent ball right now, who knows how it will turn out. This is shaping up to be a controversial BCS year...again, no matter what the final BCS Standing ends up, someone will complain.

"Fat guys living the Dream" That was a great call. It is still not a sure thing. The Sooners and Kansas still need to play. If Kansas wins out then we are out. Also is the Sooners win big they will move up and the computers will be more friendly to them. I would LOVE to see the Sooners and Ducks play for the title, that would be awesome. If LSU looses that could be the game of the century for an Oregon fan!!!!

I got a chance to talk w/ Jeff Kendall tonight, what a nice young man. I thanked him for the comments he made in the interview on the Rome Show. He said that he wanted tell the nation and Ducks fans how important each game is, and how proud they are for the fans. It was great to get a chance to meet Jeff, and thank him personally for all Ducks fans out there.
