First TUNA! Video Attempt
I guess it's actually my third attempt, but my first with new gear. I upgraded to another computer and picked up some fun video editing software.
The following production is a clip of my first TUNA! trip ever - on the Sadie-Lynne along with SL's son in law and HiTekRdNk.....Mike's first dance with TUNA! Thanks, Mark for sending the video!!
There's a special message for another Salty Dog at the end.....muuuwwwwahahahahah.
Enjoy: "Tres Tunagins" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGlRssi-cvg

Re: First TUNA! Video Attempt
Very nice job on video and music. I have wanted to get a decient camera to do the same. What kind of setup do you have?
Great videos this early isn't going to make the winter any shorter, just want to fish all the more, waiting is the hardest thing to do. I think there is a song in their somewhere.
Thanks

Re: First TUNA! Video Attempt
I have a JVC MiniDV Digital camcorder - I use iLink interface to the computer and edit with Pinnacle Studio 11. This is gonna be fun. Working on another feature from this last year's trips.

Re: First TUNA! Video Attempt
 Great job on the video!
I usually put my main motor in neutral about 10-12seconds AFTER we get a hook-up. That way the person reeling in the Tuna doesn't fight the boat AND the Tuna....

Re: First TUNA! Video Attempt
Great video. I have been thinking tuna all day. and checking the weather
and tides. But the boat is in the barn and the crew are saying no way .
this is the best way to get through till JUNE. :frown: Keep them coming
