Hunting Timothy Lake
Is it legal? Has anyone done it? I was over there for Laborday weekend and the SW corner of the Lake had lots of birds swimming around, and small groups flying allover the lake. I thought it might be a good spot to give a try thats close to home.

some lakes have special restriction. timothy is all forest service land so the campgrounds will have regulations posted, normally there is a 450' rule, no shooting within 450' of any structure which includes campgrounds

I'm curious about this also.
Timothy is located in Mt Hood National Forest, but aren't all the launch and camping areas owned by PGE????

I thought the lake was owned by PGE! (One of five on the Clackamas dranage.)

Thanks guys, I think its a no go based on the campgrounds and the trail surrounding the lakes close proximity. I'll call PGE to find out for sure.
