possession limits?

With the new 4 coho limit in place starting thursday do I understand that the six fish in seven consecutive days no longer apply??

Quote: "There are no possession limits for salmon in Oregon."

It also seems ODF is encouraging getting an additional tag fo 12.00 for ten more coho.

Can this additional tag be used for the ten fish season limit in Tillimook or do you need to save ten slots on the orriginal tag?

Fill Ten slots on original tag, Buy additional tag for ten more coho saving last ten slots for Tillamook?????

What a dilema been a long time since Ive had to think of maxing out a tag let alone two tags. Hey what if you added a Washington license and tag. Oh man dont want to think about it hurts my head....

i was wondering the same thing about no more possesion limit.i sent odfw an e-mail yesterday asking if that includes fall chinook in till bay...havn't heard back yet..those additional tags you can buy are for hatchery only...they sure are coming in handy this year... what a great year it has been salmon!!! thank you oh great fish gods!!!
hopefully going to break the 50 fish mark for the boat this weekend..till bay friday..nehalam bay sat.then off to buoy 10 & the cr buoy sun & mon...as soon as i hear back from odfw i'll post it...

You can use your additional tag for any clipped fish. Acording to ODF&W's press release there are no more possesion limits in Oregon. So go ahead and fill those hatchery tags, they are a life saver this year and have heard they are going to have them next year also.
