Default Tis a fall sky.....

On hindsight....I should have walked out beyond the trees, instead of just taking a shot from my backyard. I would have had an unobstructed view with the sky reflecting off the water....with little wind (this evening) I bet it would have been nice

Chinook fishing opened up yesterday. These are resident fish, what we call blackmouth. They will fatten up a few more years and then go spawn. A 10 pounder is a decent one. Crab also re-opened....BUT, it's cold out on that water, with evening and early morning temps in the 30's

I hope you enjoy the shot

I always think of such things too...after the moment is gone and I look at the pics...

Sorry, not meaning to 'add' to yoru thread, but found your shot strikingly similar to this one of mine

Didn't notice the power lines in this one until after the fact...

EH: I always love your shots. A very good friend of mine is a total freak for the Sound so I try to get what I can by proxy through your shots. Keep 'em coming.

Twitch: those powerlines could be pretty easily photoshopped out of the image with some practice. It's all about mouse-eye coordination and a lot of zooming in and out to make sure the edits actually work the way they're supposed to.

Ryan: very nice shot.

Nothing fancy Luke....just a simple Nikon Coolpix 4600. I'm hoping Santa brings me an entry level SLR
