I As Told As A Newby I Need To Let You Guys In On My Story
The Ocean Is The Place For Me, But I Always Had To Pay Out A Lot To Get Out There Untill Last May When I Bought A 20 Ft North River Sea Hawlk
Then I Got The Boat Wet Every 3rd Week End Trying To Find Out What And Where On The Fish, When Coming Back In From A Hal Trip I Saw Tuna Stacked Belly High. Then I Sarted Getting The Itch.
I Herd About The Dogs From A Guy Who Found Me Staring At A Rack Of Tuna Gear With 100$ Worth Of Gear I Did Not Need
He Gave Me Some Advise , And When He Saw I Was Tuna Clueless
He Turned Me On To This Site
I Have Been A Lurker Ever Sence And Just Joined
I Went After Tuna 3 Times And Got Pushed Back Every Time
Looking Forward To Next Year
P.s. Thank You To The Guy Who Got Me Stared In The Rite Direction

Welcome! We all started out the same way (sort of clueless) but have had a lot of help from those who came before us! It IS addicting
Good to have another "dog" on board.

Well,Red,---you only think it cost a bunch to get out there when you didn't have a boat.
You will be surprised at how the costs go up.
Now---that said---let it be known that I will own boats as long as I'm able to Skipper.
Once hooked on the salt ---you're a goner.
I've got thousands in gear----a real pile of bucks in boats ---and it's all on the necessary list---right there with food and housing.
Welcome
Terry
