Default J plugs?

I got a bunch at a garage sale last week. Does anyone use these and if so how well do they work. They are all brand new and I got about 20 of them.

TT - Where do you get your plugs? I have found that Outdoor Emporium had trouble with their shipments of plugs a few months ago and their supply dwindled. Sportsman's Warehouse and Sportco usually don't have much. Seamar is my "go to" place, but they only carry the traditional plugs and not any of the new UV plugs.

Another thought: I rig my plugs as TomicTime showed in his post for summer run ocean kings. In the winter, for blackmouth, they like a slower presentation with the same amount of action, so I go to the rubberband method or rubberband chainbead method. I mix it up and see what happens. Go to Tomic's website and look at rigging methods. These last methods will allow you to troll slow but get a lot of action out of your plug. I usually troll 3mph to 4mph in the summer for the ocean kings. This also helps you cover a lot of area. The rubberband chainbead method is also great if the fish aren't biting. It is very sporadic and can trigger that killer king instinct.

I personally like Lyman Lures myself.

http://www.lymanlures.com/

However, it may take 1 week, it may take 6 weeks. Those canadians aren't in a hurry, that's for sure. But I love the action on them and have had success.

.....direct from Tomic or in BC where the selection is..better. River Sportsman in C-River. Berry's in Richmond on the mainland.

Try as I might never managed a thing on Lyman lures-do you fish them real slow or something?

Also, what colors do you like in the lyman plugs? Why do you like lyman over tomic or silver horde?
