Default Welcome, Amerman Eggs!

I am really proud to have Scott Amerman of Amerman Eggs support our discussion board.
Thanks Scott, and your eggs are beautiful fish catchin, 'pretty enough for centerpiece at the dinner table' eggs!

There is nuthin' like a great egg! Scott delivers the freshest and best eggs for your own curing or you can buy his Amerman eggs. My digital shows too much in the red spectrum(more orange) for this picture of fresh eggs but believe me..I am completely satisfied with the eggs I have bought from him the last couple of years. His eggs are fresh.
This is only from a continuing customer.

Grant.. Ya gotta love the eggs. I picked them up from you the Thursday before last. I think your wife probably knew you were nuts when you are walking around with latex gloves curing the eggs in the garage. Why is he doing this????? she thinks.

Scott sent me some of his cure just prior to my leaving for Hammond last weekend and I must say his cure works very well. I cured 8 skeins of eggs and am very pleased with the end result. I can't wait to fish 'em.

Also, we chatted via email and the cure arrived the next day!!! Very pleased. Thanks Scott.

Actually Roger, it's the neighbors that I must have worried.

I wonder what they think when on some nights I come home late to have several cars and trucks pull up to my garage and trade cash for baggies full of pink powder and red marbles all the while I am wearing latex gloves and it looks like I am using a chemistry set to cook blood pie on my garage counters.

I think that is why Scott lives so far from town.
