Where to go for sturgeon

I promised a friend a sturgeon trip and he wants to go next week. I have been working out of state for the last few months, so I am out of touch. Where is a good area to fish for them and what is best to use right now?

Astoria would be a good bet but as it's been said in another thread, it's Catch and release only. Could go for oversize below bonny as well.
