From my experience, i will back this up 100%. Worked there, stayed there and by far, will never return there. This city is very rude and i could not stand working there. I have been to almost all large cities in the US and by far, philly is my least fav. Sorry to offend anyone but the people are straight "rude". Traffic on another hand, terrible. Sit and don't move, pay to use the freeway. What is that? What does the sales tax go to? Pay to cross bridges, toll roads, and etc. No intentions of returning.....

last time I made fun of her, I got an infraction. Its okay- it was worth it.
