Default Heating Oil Treatment?

I know with diesel car, truck and boat motors, there are numerous diesel treatment products/stabilizers/etc. But I'm wondering if there's something recommended for heating oil treatment for the "off season" during which algae and condensation can develop. Also, is there an additive that can help keep furnace jets clean? Any ideas?
