Nice buck! Have you got him scored yet? Nontypical for sure and I think you will be happy with the numbers! Congrats! BH

Re: Thank you ..for this RON FRENCH ...
HOLY COW!!! How did you keep it together when that thing came walking in?? I would've just dropped the gun and ran! he he.
Very cool of you to give credit where credit is do and congratulations to you for being open-minded- this is your reward. I think there are alot of bucks killed that could be credited to the "Godfather" of blacktail hunting, Mr. Ron French, and he is making new disciples everyday, whether he knows it or not.

I shot him up past Ollie Lake in some what of a rain storm I was approx 1/2 mile from the road but a wench from my jeep helped alot.
I was rattling and bang the heck out of my thumb when I looked to my left and he was walking slowly looking around. and I needless to say didnt feel any more pain in my thumb when I pulled the trigger. He is a blacktail-Mule cross...and found another set of very nice rubs approx 200 yards from where
I shot this one I will be up there the last 3 days of the season..so agan thanx a bunch Ron I probably would not of seen him if I didnt take heed to you rattling techniques. I just got him back from the Taxidermy 2 days ago.

Awesome buck!!! I remember you telling me about the 3pt you shot, but then forgot about never seeing the pics of it. I bet that was exciting both before and after the shot. Great job!
Glad you had success with the rattlers, it's an exciting way to hunt.
