Default Electric Smokers

After cruising the recipe section I am thinking about picking one up. Any favorites? I know everyone will say Traeger, but I have a one year old Weber gas grill and the wife will kill me if I get another expensive BBQ to sit on the deck. Electric seems the way to go for "set it and forget it". Oh yeah, will be doing ribs, butts, etc and any salmon I would be lucky enough to catch.

you can't beat a Cookshack for an electric smoker. They are spendy, but work great for everything from smoked salmon to brisket

I love my Bradley smoker. They're also abit spendy, but I had a 30% GI Joes coupon when I bought mine.

Cool Re: Electric Smokers

The Brinkmans are not so spendy and you have the option to use electric or charcoal as your heat ....I have both and it sure dose a nice smoked turkey with charcoal ...

I love my bradley smoker.

Simple to use, simple to clean, easy to control the temp... (once you get used to the switch that is, go easy on it.)
I have the stainless one, and I'm super impressed.

Availability and price of the chips kind of sucks tho, but the smoker works great.
